Uncle bears is an extremely diverse restaurant. Not only within its staff but with its customers that visit our locations. out of the 20 customers and employees we surveyed we can estimate from the data collected that about 40% of our staff are within the ages of 15 and 20. This proves that our restaurant and bar excessively depends on the younger generation to serve, seat, and run food to our valuable customers. The research conducted shows about 30% of Uncle Bear's staff are within the ages of 21-26. This means that there is a limited amount of people within this age group. This is likely because many within this age group are in college full time and/or working towards their careers. The data pulled from the surveys were done onsite and show that around 45% of the people that work at Uncle Bears are not single. Out of the 45% that are not single only 22% percent are married. Even fewer of the employees have children, in fact only 25% of the people who work at Uncle Bears have children. This can be expected considering so many of the staff are between 15-20 years of age. Despite the younger generation 70% of the staff have had previous experiences working within the restaurant industry.
